网络融资模式和发展浅析 摘　　要 　　融资难一直是困扰我国企业，尤其是中小企业发展的重要问题。据不完全统计，我国每年由融资问题宣布破产的企业超过1万家。朝阳企业由于前景光明，政府支持，往往容易受到中介机构的青睐，而那些赢利空间已被压缩，进入行业发展瓶颈的公司则常常得不到融资。与此同时，这些公司，却与百姓的就业问题息息相关。在这种供需不平等的融资结构基础上，网络融资的出现或许能成为解决问题的关键。　　 本文运用多种研究方法，着重说明了网络融资的具体模式以及其对企业，特别是对中小企业融资的影响，并从借贷双方，网络中介的功能及风险角度探讨了P2P和B2B模式的运作流程，同时表达了对建立P2B模式的期望。本文首先介绍了论文的选题背景和意义，然后第二部分对当前已经存在的两种网络融资模式（P2P和B2B）进行了分析和研究。 文章第三部分主要探讨了P2B设立的困难，意义以及P2B平台的运做方式，流程。其中，第二，三部分是本文的中心内容。文章第四部分说明了网络融资的风险,同时也对网络融资方式在中国的发展则充满了信心。 关键词：网络融资；P2P融资；B2B融资；P2B融资 　 The analysis　of Network financing models and its development 　　Financing has been troubled by Chinas enterprises, especially SMEs. According to incomplete statistics, the SMEs which declares bankrupt is more than 10,000 because of lack of money . The upward enterprises is so promising that government supports them, but those whose profit space has been compressed are often not financing. At the same time, these companies, are related with peoples employment problems. In this unequal financing structure of supply and demand, the emergence of the network financing may be able to a key to solution. In this paper, it uses a variety of research methods, highlighting financing mode of the network, as well as the enterprise, especially for SME financing, and shows up the operation of P2P and B2B process from both lenders and borrowers,and the network function of the intermediary and risk point of view of the modes , as well as the expectations on the build P2B mode of expression. The first part of this article introduces the background and significance of the network financing,and then the second part talks about the analysis of P2P and B2B,which already exists .The third part of the article discusses about the difficulties of establishing P2B ,and its meaning ,as well as the P2B platform operational methods,or procedures. Both the second and the third parts are central elements of this paper. The fourth part of the article describes the risk of financing the networ
