植物性饲料中植酸磷水解度测定方法的研究 摘 要:研究了测定植酸酶降解植物性饲料中植酸磷程度的方法。该方法通过钒钼酸铵比色法测定植物性饲料水解液中磷的含量,进而求出其中植酸磷的水解度,并和重量法进行相关性比较,结果表明该方法是一种简便、快捷、准确度和精密度高的方法。 关键词:植物性饲料;植酸酶;水解度;植酸磷;钒-钼酸铵比色法;重量法 A Study on Determ iningM ethod for Hydrolysis Degree ofPhosphor Phytate in Vegetable Feeds ABSTRACT:A method for determining the degradation of phosphor phytate degree in vegetable feeds by phytase was studied.
