高等教育自学考试《商务英语沟通》考试大纲 一、课程的性质和设置目的 课程性质： 《商务英语沟通》是商务英语专业高等教育自学考试的一门必修课。 课程目的： 通过本课程的学习，学生可掌握商务英语沟通的基本技能，学会如何更好地用英语成功地进行各种商务活动，成为适应社会需要的应用型商务工作者。 通过学习有关商务活动的真实语言材料，学生可熟悉并掌握当代商务理念和国际商务惯例，提高作为商务工作者的基本素质，具有较强的商务交际能力。 通过大量的口语练习和实践，学生能就商务话题进行连贯的发言，要求能确切表达思想，语音、语法基本正确，语言基本得体。 二、课程的基本内容 本课程涉及大量的商务背景和商务情景，着重探讨如何提高英语沟通技能。本课程共15单元第1到第4单元介绍基本的商务英语技巧，这些技巧在商务活动中是必备的。在以后的单元中，这些技巧将进一步得以强化和扩展。第5到第14单元是一些综合活动，每一个单元覆盖了不同的商务情景，并介绍了内容广泛的商务技巧。第15单元前面单元所学的商务沟通技巧，它采用了模拟的方式。 15个教学单元与测试辅导单元涉及的基本内容如下： 1.
