白内障超声乳化术后早期角膜水肿的临床分析 肇庆市第一人民医院眼科，肇庆， 广东，526021 丁 琼 谭荣强 郑春昌 许维强 摘要：目的：探讨白内障超声乳化术后早期角膜水肿的相关因素及与视力的关系 。方法：通过观察432例（432只眼）白内障超声乳化术后第一天角膜水肿的情况，分析角膜水肿与年龄、核硬度、合并其它眼病的关系,以及角膜水肿与术后第一天视力的关系。结果：白内障超声乳化术后第一天角膜水肿程度与年龄无明显关系；与核硬度程度呈平行关系，核硬度程度越低，术后角膜水肿越轻；糖尿病和抗青光眼术后的患者角膜水肿较明显，而高度近视和无眼部合并症患者术后角膜水肿较轻。术后第一天角膜水肿程度越明显，视力则越差。结论：在同等手术条件下，核硬度越高、合并糖尿病及抗青光眼术后的患者术后第一天出现角膜水肿的程度越重；年龄和高度近视与术后角膜 水肿不相关；术后第一天视力与角膜水肿程度呈反比。 关键词：白内障；超声乳化；角膜水肿 Clinical analysis of early corneal edema after phacoemulsification. [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the correlation factors of early corneal edema after phacoemulsification and to evaluate the relationship between corneal edema and visual acuity. Methods: The corneal edema of 432 patients (432 eyes) with phacoemulsification was observed in the first day after phacoemulsification, and its relationship with age, nuclear hardness, accompaning other ocular disease were analyzed. The relationship also was analyzed between the corneal edema and the visual acuity of the first day after phacoemulsification. Results: There was no significant relationship between the age and the corneal edema in the first day after phacoemulsification. The corneal edema in the first day after phacoemulsification was associated with the severity of the nuclear hardness. The corneal edema was severe among the patients with type 2 diabetes or after anti-glaucoma surgeries, but it was light among the patients with high myopia or absence of other ocular disease. The severer the corneal edema severity in the first day after phacoemulsification, the poorer visual acuity decreases. Conclusions: At the equal operation condition, the corneal edema in the first day after phacoemulsification was associated with the severity of the nuclear hardness，accompaning type 2 diabetes or after anti-glaucoma surgeries.
