VEGF和MVD在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 　　作者：马涛,罗湘江,吕叶,韩恩善,王宁菊　　作者单位：宁夏医学院附属医院病理科，银川 　　【摘要】目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度与大肠癌发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法对65例大肠癌、65例癌旁组织及16例正常大肠黏膜组织进行VEGF表达及微血管密度(MVD)测定。结果 大肠癌组织中VEGF的表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织及正常组织(P0.05)，与组织学分级无关(P0.05)。VEGF阳性者MVD值显著高于VEGF阴性者(P0.05);大肠癌组织中VEGF的表达水平与MVD呈显著性正相关(rs=0.410，P=0.001)。VEGF表达和MVD与大肠癌浸润深度、TNM分期、血行转移密切相关(P0.05)。VEGF表达阳性或高MVD的大肠癌患者预后差(P0.05)。结论 VEGF表达与大肠癌血管生成密切相关，VEGF和MVD可作为大肠癌预后检测的指标。 　　【关键词】 大肠癌,血管内皮生长因子,血管密度 　　Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and angiogenesis with the progression of colorectal carcinoma. Methods VEGF protein expression and microvascular density(MVD)in 65 cancer tissues, 65 neighboring non-cancerous and 16 normal tissues were examined by S-P immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of VEGF expression in colorectal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that of neighboring non-cancerous and normal tissues(P0.05).MVD was significantly higher in VEGF-positive colorectal carcinoma than that in VEGF-negative colorectal carcinoma(P0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between the intensity of the expression of VEGF and that of MVD value in colorectal carcinoma tissues(r=0.410，P=0.001); but VEGF and MVD were not related to histological grade (P0.05).VEGF and MVD were significantly positively correlated with the depth of invasion, TAM stage, and blood metastasis of tumor(P0.05). The prognosis of patients with positive VEGF and high MVD was significantly poorer than that of those with negative VEGF and low MVD(P0.05). Conclusion VEGF is closely related to angiogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and promotes growth, invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
