工程利益相关方的博弈 姓 名 于洪恒 学 号 Y162040340 院 系 化工学院 班 级 化学工程 指导教师 张宏 二零一六 年 十一 月 摘要 工程以造福社会为首要价值目标。对工程利益相关方的博弈问题展开研究具有深刻的理论和现实意义。在理论上，它可以拓宽工程伦理学的研究视野，加深对工程伦理学的理解认识；在实践上，有助于化解工程矛盾冲突，营造和谐工程关系，起到保障人们基本权利、促进社会公平、实现社会资源的合理配置、促进社会稳定发展的作用。 本文包括四个部分，首先介绍了工程决策、工程施工中，工程师面临的来自于其他利益方的挑战，工程师考虑不周可能导致项目失败或损失。其次，通过分析经理与工程师在身份、享有的权力与义务及其承担的责任的不同，指出经理与工程师之间冲突不可避免。再次，论述了工程师如何处理与雇主，特别是在雇主指令违背道德情况下的关系，指出工程师应考虑工程项目的道德性，在工程项目有危害公共利益和安全时，有义务揭发，以及对雇主忠诚与道德。最后，从冲突发生的不同阶段及冲突主体角度，提出解决利益相关者之间冲突的对策。 关键词 利益相关者 博弈 道德 忠诚 Abstract Engineering for the benefit of the community as the primary value target.
