Conclusion Gender is not the factor of affecting factors of psychological flourishing state, age influence self harmony factor, instructors’ categories influence occupation identity and self harmony factor . 【Key words】University Instructor; Psychological Flourishing 高校辅导员作为大学生接受学校教育、管理、服务的纽带和窗口，在与学生的日常接触中亦师亦友，扮演着多重且重要的角色。正如每一个孩子都是父母的影子，高校辅导员也往往对学生品性、人格、行为方式的形成带来潜移默化的影响。大学阶段是学生价值观形成、自我统整的关键时期，辅导员这一与学生走得最近的师者，在影响学生成长方面确实具有天然的优势，一个具有积极心理品质和健康生活状态的辅导员势必更可能带出积极而富幸福感的学生。 在以往的大量研究中都将着眼点放在辅导员传统意义的心理健康水平上，关注的是辅导员是否具有消极情绪和躯体化症状，探讨的是如何规避和改善这些可能出现的心理问题[1]。20世纪90年代在美国兴起的积极心理学不再将关注点放在消极和病态心理上，而着眼于关注人类美德、力量等积极品质，研究人积极的情绪体验、认知过程、人格特征等，成为心理学的一种新思潮[2]。那么，积极心理学视域下的心理健康也不再是没有心理疾病或心理问题的亚健康心理状态，而是一种
