Code pages are usually defined to support specific languages or groups of languages that share common writing systems. Language ID Different language with different locale. All languages abbreviations base on MS. Other product maybe have their own definitions. Introduce two groups of languages: East Asia - EA European - EU East Asia European-1 European-2 EU follows ENG’s standard. EA follows country specific standard. Such as, @ ! #, etc. Second, the numbers (in digital or Roman notation) are ordered according to their numeric value. Third, English alphabetic characters. DBCS characters EU Alphabet EU Sort Order Guideline Capital letters and lowercase letters are equal.
