摘 要根据任务书所给的处理量和工艺参数，首先确定了脱水站的工艺流程，接着初步选择了各工艺设备。完成了站内的三相分离器，外输泵，脱水泵，加热炉，电脱水器，缓冲罐，沉降罐，净化油罐的选型和校核，并进行了管路的计算。在设计的最后，绘制完成了联合站内工艺流程图和平面布置图。站内根据平面布置划分为储油罐区，气体预留区，天然气处理区，污水处理区，交配电区，消防区，预留罐区，锅炉加热区等。设计时设计了正常的脱水站工艺流程，并且考虑到了站内事故流程，设计了事故应急管路。关键词：脱水站；工艺流程；原油处理；消防系统ABSTRACTAccording to the amount of processing task book to and process parameters, first determine the process of union station, then the preliminary selection of the process equipment the process equipment.
