There are a lot of types of tool changing-manipulators. The tool changing-manipulator of this design adopts the two arms manipulator of turn-over type in this design。It is main movement is carries on the machine tool of main axle on cutting tool and the tool storage or exchanging the cutting tool in the transport installment. Its operating cycle is: to draw the tool - exchanging the new and the old cutting tool - to fix the tool. The two arms manipulator of turn-over type exchange installment has trade the knifetime short, the movement is nimbly and reliably and so on . The two arms manipulator of turn-over type is widely used in the machining centre. The numerical control system is the centeral of control in the processing center, which is conclude computer numerical control installment, the programmable control system.
