梧 州 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 电脑店日常管理系统的 研究与实现 系 别 计算机与电子信息工程系 专 业 计算机科学与技术 班 级 ———————— 学 号 ——————— 学生姓名 —————— 指导教师（签名） 完成时间 2009 年 3 月 摘要 电脑店日常管理系统是电脑销售企业的重要组成部分，本文在对电脑店日常管理系统需求分析的基础上，并以SQL Server 2000作为数据库服务器，用Delphi 7.0软件对系统进行设计,系统地建模，构建了一个电脑店日常管理系统。本系统实现了系统管理、电脑信息、销售管理、进货管理、客户订单管理、售后服务管理、盈利分析等功能模块，是一个具有功能丰富、运行快捷、操作简单、易维护等特点的电脑店日常管理系统软件,能够有效减少销售人员的工作量，减轻管理人员的工作压力。 本系统的开发加强了我国电脑销售企业对销售的管理，提高了综合管理能力，促进了电脑店日常管理系统的研究与实现，该系统的开发对电脑产业树立将客户信息作为企业战略资源的策略，建立以客户为中心的管理理念以及规范化、信息化电脑销售进程，都具有实际意义。 　 系统具有较强的电脑销售管理功能。销售功能是电脑销售管理的重要组成部分，其建设与完善可以大幅度提高电脑销售和管理的工作效率和准确性。本系统的开发将促进信息技术在电脑店日常管理中的应用和发展。 关键词：管理系统　系统建模　电脑销售　功能模块　数据库 The researching and implement of Computer Stores day-to-day managemement system Abstract  The daily management of computer shops selling computer systems are an important component of the enterprise, the paper shop in the computer management system for day-to-day basis of the analysis on demand, and SQL Server 2000 as database server, using Delphi 7.0 software system design, system to build mode, build a computer shop in day-to-day management system.
