Translation Service Contract XXX(hereinafter called “Part A”) and Zhongshan Arts and Science Translation Co.Ltd. (hereinafter called “Part B) agree to establish business relation throught friendly consulation. Part A agrees and accepts Part B as a service provider providing translation service and service related for Part A. Both parties come to the following terms of contract:Part B provides translation service for Part A: the unit price for Chinese-English shall be 240.00 yuan per thousand Chinese characters(excluding blanks); for English-Chinese 180.00 yuan per thousand Chinese characters(excluding blanks); for PPT(excluding explanatory note), English-Chinese , 40.00 yuan per page.To guarantee the quality of work, Part A shall provide Part B with original copybefore the commencement of the project and render Part B formal reply for technical term consul. Part B shall translate, revise, set type, type and submit the translation on schedule at the request of Part A.Part A shall provide a reasonable time for Part B to complete the assignment on schedule. Both parties shall predict the delivery time based on 1,500 Chinese characters per day as basic calculation. Part A shall under full understanding guarantee reasonable time for Part B before sending assignment to Part B. In the event of Part A’s special requirement, e.g., asking Part B to complete a large number of work load in a short time, beyond the normal operating time(between 09:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday), requesting Part B to work for Part A during the saturory holidays or deliver the translation within 24 hours, Part B is entitled to additionally charge 30% of normal criterial for the charges as express price after the accept of written consent from Part A.If Part B shall not be able to work due to the errors of file, material, and technical requirements etc. provided by Part B, Part shall deal with and resolve it.
