Keyword: The steel structure construction, quantity problem, the quantity control, welding, high and strong stud bolt control, the piece of component transform, draws to pack the quantity 一、对目前现行的钢结构规范标准及适用范围了解不完整 相当多钢结构一线施工及监理人员，对钢结构相关的规范了解甚少，部分现场监理人员经常对规范内容及要求一问三不知；此外，对钢结构施工质量验收资料也不甚熟悉，过程控制资料不知如何收集、整理、完善。 1、目前主要规范标准情况 目前我国钢结构类规范及技术标准主要包括设计及施工验收两大类，结合目前钢结构工程主要结构形式，涉及的主要规范如下： 1）设计类 主要有《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2003、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》GB50018-2002、《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》CECS102：2002、《网架结构设计与施工规程》JGJ7－91等。 需特别指出的是：目前单层工业建筑中较多采用门式刚架这一轻型钢结构类型，设计中较多依据CECS102：2002相关要求，该规程的适用范围为： 适用于主要承重结构为单跨或多跨实腹门式刚架、具有轻型屋盖和轻型外墙、无桥式吊车或仅有起重量不大于20t的中、轻级工作制桥式吊车或3t悬挂式起重机的单层房屋钢结构。 对于那些仅仅采用轻钢屋盖或是多层的结构体系，是不适用该规范的，不能胡乱套用。 此外，轻钢以
