大庆油田水平井漂浮下套管技术研究 　　摘 要：在油田开发中、后期，水平井钻井技术对剩余油挖潜举足轻重，是提高原油采收率及开发低渗透油层的重要手段，可降低综合成本、环境污染风险，减少生产占地，有效开发低效储量，提升油气田的产能和开发效益。目前大庆油田水平井随着水平段加长，导致套管下入困难，施工时被迫减少套管扶正器的数量，使套管居中度达不到设计要求，固井质量差。针对这些问题开展了相关技术研究，研制配套了系列工具并形成了一套适合大庆油田水平井漂浮下套管工艺技术，目前现场应用115口井，应用效果良好，提高了套管下入时效及固井质量。 　　关键词：水平井 套管 漂浮 　　中图分类号：TE256 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-098X（2014）10（a）-0028-02 　　Horizontal Wells Casing Floating Technology Research In Daqing Oilfield 　　YU Xiao-bo LI Yu-hai WAN Fa-ming WANG Chun-hua XU Guo-lin LIU Wei 　　（Drilling engineering technology research institute of daqing drilling engineering company，Heilongjiang Daqing，163413，China） 　　Abstract：In the oilfield development， the late for remaining oil potential in horizontal well drilling technology， is to improve the oil recovery and important means of developing low permeability reservoir， reduces the risk of comprehensive cost， environmental pollution， reduce production covers， effective development of inefficient reserves， improve the production capacity of the oil and gas fields and the development benefit. Now as the level of horizontal Wells in daqing oilfield period lengthen， leads to casing down into difficulty， construction is forced to reduce the number of casing centralizer， make the casing in medium can not meet the design requirements， the cementing quality is poor. To solve these problems in the related technology research， developed a series of tools and formed a set of form a complete set of suitable for horizontal Wells casing floating technology in daqing oilfield， currently 115 Wells field application， the application effect is good， improve the casing into the limitation and the cementing quality. 　　Key words：Horizontal Wells Casing Floating 　　近年来随着非常规油气资源勘探开发的深入，大庆油田水平井[1]钻井数量逐年增多，特别是长水平段水平井数量增加较快。在水平井中水平段套管串因重力作用总趋向于紧贴井眼下侧而形成托底，导致套管下入困难。 　　漂浮下套管技术[2-4]是解决上述水平井固井施工问题的有效方法之一。该技术通过在套管串结构中加入漂浮短接，在漂浮短接与浮箍之间注入空气或低密度钻井液，利用其产生的浮力作用，降低套管下入过程中井壁对套管的摩阻，有利于套管安全下入。以前大庆油田应用该技术的相关配套工具均为国外产品，价格昂贵。因此大庆油田开展了“水平井漂浮下套管技术”研究，研制出新型漂浮下套管系列
