消防泵的低频自动巡检技术 王洪立 上海泰文电子科技有限公司 henry_wanghl@126.com） 摘要：消防泵是消防给水设备中的关键部分，其日常管理维护的方便性与可操作性会直接影响到消防泵的基本性能。消防给水系统不能正常工作的常见原因，是人为误操作或日常管理维护不够，除了加强监督管理外，也可以通过采用新技术来解决这些问题。本文介绍了消防水泵的一种新型巡检方式：低频自动巡检试水技术。与人工巡检相比，低频自动巡检试水技术实现了消防水泵的自动维护监测，使得消防水泵的巡检高效化、节能化，并保证安全、环保。通过低频巡检系统的通信接口，可将联网单位消防泵的运行状态纳入城市消防安全远程监控系统，充分拓展远程监控系统的消防监督功能，为公安消防部门对消防设施的监管提供了有效的技术支撑，提高消防监督执法效率和质量，对提高系统的管理水平也不失为一种技术进步。 关键词：消防泵；人工巡检；低频自动巡检 The low-frequency automatic inspection technology of fire pump Wang hongli Abstract: Fire pump is a key part of fire water supply system, and the convenience and feasibility of its daily maintenance directly influence on the basic performance of fire pump. The reason for the fire water supply system working unsuccessfully is misoperation or lack of maintenance. In order to solve these problems, it is an alternative way to adopt a new technology besides strengthening the daily supervision and management of the system. This paper introduces a new type of fire pump inspection: low-frequency automatic inspection test water technology. Compared with the manual inspection, the low-frequency automatic inspection technology makes the automatic monitoring of the fire pump possible. This technology also exhibits other advantages, such as high-performance, energy-saving, safety and environment. Through the communications interface of low-frequency inspection system, the operation situation of the fire pump all over the city can be monitored by the remote control system of the official fire fighting department. This new technology will offer a more efficient supervision and technical support in the buildings’ fire systems, improving the supervision and management of the fire system.
