Mold design is the base of mould manufacturing, reasonable design is the guarantee of correct manufacture of moulds.Multi-station progressive die is made by the convex and concave die, die frame, positioning device, feeding device, discharge device, limit switch, etc.This design project for welding parts stamping process analysis and multi-station progressive die design, process including stamping process analysis and the analysis of deep drawing technology, progressive die layout diagram design including design, calculation of force and size and structure of the selection.Final design can meet the production requirements of the mold.
