脑梗死合并高血压患者DSA造影结果对中西医结合药物选择的指导作用 　　摘要：目的 探讨脑梗死合并高血压患者数字减影血管造影（DSA）结果对中西医结合药物选择的指导作用。方法 对50例我院收治的脑梗死合并高血压患者进行临床回顾分析，对其进行DSA检查后根据其结果选择治疗用药，作为此次讨论的观察组，同时选取同期相同症状脑梗死合并高血压患者作为对照组进行对比研究，对其进行经颅多普勒（TCD）检查，亦根据其结果选择用药。对比两组检查结果及相关治疗效果。结果 根据患者脑梗死发作至入院治疗时间可将其分别分为24h以内，24～48h，48～72h三组，24h内入院患者，DSA阳性检出率为87.5%，显著高于对照组检出率66.67%，P0.05；根据2mm为病灶体积分界点，对两组检出情况进行比较，明显看出，2mm以内病灶检出率观察组为87.5%，对照组为58.82%，观察组更优，P0.05两组患者NIHSS评分具有一定程度下降，观察组效果更佳，P0.05。结论 DSA对脑梗死合并高血压患者具有更准确的检出率，可准确暴露病灶情况，更利于中西医结合治疗药物的选择。 　　关键词：数字减影血管造影；经颅多普勒超声；脑梗死合并高血压；临床观察 　　Abstract：Objective To study the cerebral infarction patients with hypertension of digital subtraction angiography（DSA）results in combination with guidance on the choice of drugs of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical method of cerebral infarction with hypertension in 50 patients in our hospital，were examined by DSA after the treatment of drug selection according to the results，the observation group as the discussion，at the same time were selected with the same symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction as control group to compare，transcranial Doppler（TCD）in the examination，according to the results of drug selection.Results Comparing the two groups of examination results and related therapeutic effect.According to the results of patients with cerebral infarction onset to hospitalization time can be divided into less than 24h，24～48h，48～72h three groups，within 24h after admission of patients，the positive rate of DSA was 87.5%，significantly higher than the control group，the detection rate of 66.67%，P0.05；according to the 2mm lesion volume boundary point，comparison，for the two group was evident within 2mm detection，the detected rate was 87.5%in the observation group，58.82%in control group，the observation group is better，P0.05 results，two groups of patients with NIHSS score has a certain degree of decline，the observation group effect is better，P0.05.Conclusion DSA is more accurate in detection
