保健干预在促进老年高血压患者遵医行为中的作用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.103 　　摘 要 目的：对保健干预在促进老年高血压患者遵医行为中的作用进行分析与探讨。方法：收治老年高血压患者150例，对所有患者实施保健干预前后，作相关问卷调查，对老年高血压患者保健干预前后的血压控制情况与遵医行为变化进行对比分析。结果：相比保健干预前，保健干预后能够遵医嘱的老年高血压患者明显增多，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。保健干预后，定期检查血压与按时服药的老年高血压患者人数明显增多，而且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：保健干预能够有效提高老年高血压患者的遵医主动性，培养患者的健康生活习惯，使其自我保健意识得到进一步增强，能够有效控制患者血压，降低并发症发生率。 　　关键词 老年高血压患者 保健干预 遵医行为 　　The effect of health intervention in improving the treatment compliance of elderly patients with hypertension 　　Chen Yicai 　　The Dongjian Community Health Service Centre of Guilin City，Guangxi 541004 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss and analyze the effect of health intervention in improving the treatment compliance of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods：150 patients with hypertension were selected.All patients were given related questionnaire before and after the implementation of health intervention.The blood pressure control situation and treatment compliance changes of elderly patients with hypertensive before and after health intervention were contrastively analyzed.Results：Compared with before health intervention，the number of elderly patients with hypertension that followed the doctors advice increased significantly after health intervention，the difference was statistically significant，P0.05.After health intervention，the number of elderly patients with hypertensive that could regularly check blood pressure and take the medicine on time increased significantly，and the difference was statistically significant，P0.05.Conclusion：Health intervention can effectively improve initiative of treatment compliance of elderly patients with hypertension，cultivate the healthy living habit，further enhance the consciousness of self health care，effectively control the blood pressure，reduce complication probability. 　　Key words Elderly patients with hypertension；Health intervention；Treatment compliance 　　随着现阶段我国人口老龄化逐渐加剧，老年高血压患者的数量也随之增多。临床中，高血压很容易引起肾功能衰竭、冠心病以及心力衰竭等各种疾病，属于一种对人类身心健康造成严重危害
