复方黄甘颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹45例疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的：观察中药复方黄甘颗粒对复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将90例复发性生殖器疱疹患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例，治疗组服用复方黄甘颗粒（1包，Bid），对照组服用泛昔洛韦片（0.25g，Tid），30d为一个疗程。治疗结束后对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果：近期疗效治疗组与对照组相当（P0.05），抗复发疗效治疗组优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：中药复方黄甘颗粒对生殖器疱疹抗复发疗效显著。 　　【关键词】复方黄甘颗粒；生殖器疱疹；复发 　　Curative effect of compound Huanggan granule on forty-five patients with recurrent genital herpesCHEN Qihua1， YANG Sai1， CHEN Qing1， XI Jianyuan1， CHEN Feng1， JIANG Liwei1， SUN Zhizhong2. 1. Methods： Ninety patients with recurrent genital herpes were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group taking compound Huanggan granule （a package， Bid）， while the control group taking famciclovir tablets （0.25g， Tid）， 30 days as a treatment course. After treatment， the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Results： The short-term curative effect between the treatment group and the control group was quite near （P0.05）， while the anti-recurrence effect of the treatment group was better than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Huanggan granule is of significant anti-recurrence effect for genital herpes. 　　【Key words】Compound Huanggan granule； Genital herpes； Relapse 　　【中图分类号】R752.1【文献标志码】A 　　生殖器疱疹是由单纯疱疹病毒感染所致的一种性传播疾病，因反复发作、难以治愈而演变为复发性生殖器疱疹[1]。由于本病反复发作，缠绵难愈，给患者身心带来极大痛苦[2]，长期反复发作有导致患者抑郁的可能[3]。本课题组从2012年2月至2013年1月用复方黄甘颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹，观察治疗后的疗效及抗复发情况，取得较满意结果，现报道如下。 　　1临床资料 　　1.1一般资料 　　所有患者均为2012年2月至2013年1月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院性病专科及男科门诊病人，选择符合诊断标准的90例患者（患者知情同意）进行临床观察，按就诊顺序排列编号，依照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例；两组患者性别、年龄、病程长短以及就诊时的症状体征评分满足正态性和方差齐性，使用成组t检验分析以上资料，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。见表1。 　　1.2诊断标准 　　参照卫生部2000年制定的《性病诊断标准和处理原则?生殖器
