外科手术治疗肠瘘的效果观察 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肠瘘的外科治疗方法和临床疗效。 方法 将本院2000年6月～2012年6月收治的60例肠瘘患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组患者行确定手术的治疗方法，而对照组患者行保守治疗，对比分析两组的临床疗效。 结果 对照组的30例患者中治愈24例，自动出院4例，死亡2例；治疗组的30例患者中治愈25例，自动出院4例，死亡1例；两组治愈率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组患者的住院时间短于对照组患者的住院时间（P0.05），同时早期进行手术治疗的患者的住院时间短于晚期进行手术治疗的患者的住院时间（P0.05）。 结论 在严格控制肠瘘患者适应证的前提下，进行手术治疗是可行的，可以缩短患者的住院时间，越早进行手术效果越好。 　　[关键词] 肠瘘；外科治疗；效果观察 　　[中图分类号] R574[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）03（c）-0046-02 　　 　　Efficacy observation of surgical treatment of intestinal fistula 　　LI Bao-hong 　　Department of General Surgery,People′s Hospital of Linzhou in Henan Province,Linzhou 456550,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the surgical treatment method and clinical effect of intestinal fistula.Methods 60 cases of patients with intestinal fistula in our hospital from June 2000 to June 2012 were divided into treatment group and control group,each group of patients for 30 cases.Determining surgical treatment was given to patients in the treatment group,while conservative treatment was given to the control group,the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results In 30 cases of patients in the control group,there were 24 cases of cure,automatic discharge were 4 cases,death were 2 cases;In 30 cases of treatment group,there were 25 cases of cured,automatic discharge were 4 cases,death was 1 case;there was no significant difference between the two groups in cure rate (P0.05).The hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that of control group (P0.05);At the same time,hospitalization of patients with early operation was shorter than that of late operation (P0.05).Conclusion In the patients with indications strictly control premise,performing the operation on the patients with intestinal fistula is feasible,can shorten the time in hospital patients,at the same time,the sooner the better operation. 　　[Key words] Intestinal fistula;Surgical treatment;Efficacy observation 　　手术和疾病是导致肠瘘发生的主要原因，在临床上最为常见的肠瘘主要在患者进行胃肠道手术后，发病的时候“如江河决堤，令人见
