以团队为基础的教学模式在外科护理教学中的应用前景探讨
[摘要] 目的 探究将团队为基础的教学(TBL)模式应用在泌尿外科护理教学的效果。 方法 为了更好的进行论证分析,该研究随机选取248名本科护理学生,并随机均分为观察组和对照组两组,在观察组中采用TBL教学模式进行教学,对照组中则采用传统的教学方式,及教师讲,学生听的模式进行授课,经过一段时间的教学后对两组学生进行综合性理论考核并对观察组护理生进行有关教学效果评价的问卷调查。 结果 经数据统计发现,观察组的综合理论考核成绩分数是86.92.4分,对照组分数是78.63.1分,从数据分析可知,观察组综合理论考核成绩明显要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。而通过对问卷调查的统计也发现,观察组学生很多都认为TBL教学能够提高自己的各方面能力并能够提高自己的学习积极性和学习兴趣。 结论 TBL教学教学模式在泌尿科外科护理教学中的应用效果明显优于常规教学模式。

The Prospect of Application of Team-based Learning Mode in Teaching of Surgical Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To explore the team based learning (TBL) model used in Department of Urology nursing teaching effect. Methods For the analysis of better, 248 undergraduate nursing students were randomly selected in this paper, and randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, in the observation group uses the TBL teaching mode of teaching, the traditional teaching method is adopted in the control group, and the teacher, students listen to the mode of teaching, after after a period of teaching two groups of students on comprehensive theory examination and investigation to the observation group of nursing students were evaluated in relation to the teaching effect. Results The data statistics found in the observation group, comprehensive theory examination score is 86.92.4, the control group score is 78.63.1, from the analysis of the data, the observation group comprehensive theory examination scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.01, with statistical significance). And through the statistical survey also found that, the observation group many students believe that the TBL teaching can improve their various aspects ability and to improve their learning enthusiasm and interest in learning.
