以团队为基础的教学模式在外科护理教学中的应用前景探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探究将团队为基础的教学（TBL）模式应用在泌尿外科护理教学的效果。 方法 为了更好的进行论证分析，该研究随机选取248名本科护理学生，并随机均分为观察组和对照组两组，在观察组中采用TBL教学模式进行教学，对照组中则采用传统的教学方式，及教师讲，学生听的模式进行授课，经过一段时间的教学后对两组学生进行综合性理论考核并对观察组护理生进行有关教学效果评价的问卷调查。 结果 经数据统计发现，观察组的综合理论考核成绩分数是86.92.4分，对照组分数是78.63.1分，从数据分析可知，观察组综合理论考核成绩明显要高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。而通过对问卷调查的统计也发现，观察组学生很多都认为TBL教学能够提高自己的各方面能力并能够提高自己的学习积极性和学习兴趣。 结论 TBL教学教学模式在泌尿科外科护理教学中的应用效果明显优于常规教学模式。 　　[关键词] 泌尿外科；护理教学；以团队为基础的教学；实验对照 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2013）06（c）-0146-02 　　The Prospect of Application of Team-based Learning Mode in Teaching of Surgical Nursing 　　SUI Ran 　　Hongkong University Shenzhen hospital， Shenzhen， 518053 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the team based learning （TBL） model used in Department of Urology nursing teaching effect.
