摘 要 V3是东南汽车的一款战略车型，属于经济紧凑型轿车，本设计及零部件选择从经济角度出发，力求降低成本。 本设计采用电子控制式制动压力调节器与制动主缸为分离式针对的主要参数，考虑到原车的制动系统形式为型布置、管路带真空助力器，ABS系统设计为通道型布置，四轮速传感器、控制。单参数控制以控制车轮的角减速度为对象，控制车轮的制动力，实现防抱死制动 Abstract This graduation design is to design the ABS brake system of the Soueast company V3 car, the design is based on basis braking system and adding ABS system. V3 is a strategic car models for Soueast company, located in the economic compact cars, so all the design and parts choose should depend on the economic point, strive to reduce cost. This graduation design is references to todays mainstream competitors used by the ABS system to the design, todays mainstream economy compact cars are using electronic-hydraulic control ABS system, brake pressure regulator (HCU) and brake master cylinders for an independent separate respectively Way, so this graduation design is using this electronic-hydraulic control system ABS, brake pressure regulator and brake master cylinders from the way. Depend on V3 cars main parameters, taking into account the cars braking system the form of X-type arrangement, the four pipes with a vacuum booster, so this graduation design be will design the ABS system for four-channel X-type layout, four-wheel-speed sensor, four-channel, Four-wheel independent control. Single parameter control, to control the wheel angle by the speed of objects, control of the wheel braking force, and reach the anti-lock braking. From the economic point of view, we to choose the MK70 HCU and the MR70 ECU HECU integrated system, and BQ1013 wheel speed sensor ,all were offerd by Continental Group of German (CAS). The ultimate design of effective control of costs, V3 car is more cost advantage to at a lower prices to impact the domestic auto market, sales for the breakthrough.
