金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察 田瑞芬 宋霞 王静 山西省肿瘤医院呼吸科 （山西省 太原市 030013） [摘 要] 目的：评价金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒副反应及对生活质量、免疫功能的影响。方法：85例非小细胞肺癌患者被分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组接受NP方案化疗，同时口服金龙胶囊；对照组仅接受同样方案化疗。结果：治疗组CR4例，PR18例，NC17例，PD4例，有效率51.2%；对照组CR1例，PR16例，NC19例，PD6例，有效率40.5%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。治疗组化疗后白细胞降低发生率及严重程度明显低于对照组，两者比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。同时，治疗组化疗期间恶心、呕吐发生率及严重程度也低于对照组，两者比较无显著性差异（P0.05）。治疗组治疗后KPS评分提高率为53.5%，对照组治疗后KPS评分提高率为26.2%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗前后CD4 /CD 8分别为0.99±0.28和1.29±0.32（P＜0.05）， NK细胞活性分别为22.41±9.49和29.84±10.26（P＜0.05）；对照组治疗前后两项指标分别为0.97±0.22和0.94±0.18及 22.32±9.36和21.46±8.76（P0.05）。结论：金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌具有增效减毒及提高免疫功能的作用，可作为化疗的辅助治疗药物。 [关键词] 金龙胶囊 化疗 非小细胞肺癌 Clinical study of Jin Long Capsule and chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer TIAN Rui-fen, SONG Xia, WANG Jing. Shanxi Tumour Hospital （Taiyuan，030013） [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the effect of NP regimens (NVB and PDD) combined with Jin Long Capsule on the NSCLC. Methods: 85 patients with NSCLC complying with study standard were eligible. 85 patients were divided into treatment group（43 cases）and control group(42 cases). In treatment group，patients were received Jin Long Capsule combined with NP regimens．Whereas patients received NP regimens alone in control group．Results：The total effect of treatment group were higher than that of control group (P O.05). The counts of white blood cell in treatment group were more than that in control group (P O.05)，and the other side effects control rate in treatment group was lower than those in control group (P 0.05).The improvement rate of QOL in treatment group was higher than that of control group (P O.05). In treatment group ,CD4 /CD 8 : 0.99±0.28 vs 1.29±0.32（P＜0.05）， NK cell Activity : 22.41±9.49vs9.84±10.26（P＜0.05）.In control group, CD4 /CD 8 : 0.97±0.22 vs 0.94±0.18 (P O.05)，NK cell Activity : 22.32±9.36 vs 21.46±8.76（P0.05）.Conclusion：chemotherapy combined with Jin Long Capsule on patients of advanced NSCLC can improve the effect of treatment
