农村数学学困生的形成与转化 摘 要 大家在教育、教学中都会碰到学困生，如何使学困生转化是教育、教学的一项重大问题。对学困生的形成原因进行分析，找出学困生转化的策略，是新课标中面向全体教育的基本要求。 现代的教育竞争异常激烈，素质教育把教育的重点放在了育人上，而我们的教育对象是一个个有思想，有兴趣爱好，学习习惯和学习基础不同的人，因此，遵循因材施教的原则，我们的教育应考虑不同学生的发展要求。一个学校、一个班级如果只把重点放在优等生的培育上，这个学校的教育不符合素质教育的要求，这种教育是不道德的。在让人人获得所需要的数学思想指引下，关注学困生群体是一个值得研究的问题。分析学困生产生的原因，我们发现他们大都是在尝试到过多的失败后，对学习产生厌恶，对自我失去信心，久而久之对其心理产生负面影响，同时影响到其性格的健康形成。笔者希望通过这篇论文的研究，能对数学学困生这个团体产生帮助，以使他们重拾信心及对数学的兴趣。 对于农村的初中生，面临的形势则更为复杂。一方面是在外务工父母的殷切期盼，一方面是在该年龄阶段较差的自制力。如果他们中的一些人没有把握好初中阶段的学习，就会导致可选择的高中也较少，进而使他们与高等教育无缘。基于这一现状，笔者认为现在更应关注农村学困生这么一个群体。 本文将从两大方面展开论述；一，学困生形成的原因；二，学困生的转化措施。本文更是基于农村教育、教学经验，通过在教育、教学中的不断观察与反思，调查及研究得到了一些启示，希望与大家分享。农村初中，数学学困生，形成原因，转化方法 ABSTRACT Everyone will encounter poor student in the education and teaching, how to make the poor student transformation is a major problem of the education and teaching. To analyze the reasons for the formation of poor student, find out the poor student transformation strategy, is the basic requirement for the education in the new standard. Modern education competition is fierce, the education quality education of the emphasis on the education, and our education object is a thoughtful, have interest, learning habits and learning based on different people, therefore, follow the principle of their aptitude, and the development of the students in our education should consider different requirements.
