利巴韦林注射液外用治疗手足口病皮疹疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.41 　　摘 要 目的：观察利巴韦林注射液治疗手足口病皮疹消退的疗效。方法：将65例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例，两组均按普通型手足口病患儿给予退热、补液、口服阿昔洛韦、加强手卫生护理等对症治疗。治疗组患儿给予利巴韦林注射液，取适量直接涂敷皮疹处，3～4次/日，连用3～5天；对照组给予炉甘石洗剂外涂皮疹，3～4次/日，连用3～5天。评价两组治疗效果，比较两组皮疹消退时间、住院时间、体温恢复正常时间的差异。结果：治疗组总有效率（97.14%）优于对照组总有效率（90.00%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用利巴韦林注射液外涂手足口病，患儿皮疹消退时间缩短，方法简单，显效快，无不良反应，是临床治疗手足口病安全可靠的选择。 　　关键词 利巴韦林注射液 手足口病 皮疹 临床观察 　　Curative effect observation of ribavirin injection in the treatment of rash of hand foot and mouth disease 　　Fan Xiaoyang 　　Department of Pediatrics，the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guigang City，Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 530000 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of ribavirin injection in the treatment of rash of Hand foot and mouth disease.Methods：65 patients with hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into the treatment group with 35 cases and the control group with 30 cases.The two groups were given symptomatic treatment，such as abatement of fever，fluid infusion，oral acyclovir，strengthen the hands of health care and so on.The treatment group were given ribavirin injection which was directly coated rash with right amount， 3～4 times/day，used for 3～5 days continu.The control group was given calamine lotion coated with a skin rash 3～4 times/day，used for 3～5 days continu.We evaluated the therapeutic effects of two groups，compared the skin rash subsided differences in time，hospitalization time and body temperature returned to normal time of two groups.Results：The total efficiency of the treatment group （97.14%）was higher than（90%）in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The hand foot and mouth disease was coated with ribavirin injection for treatment，the skin rash subsided time of children is shortened，the method is simple，and its effective is quick and no adverse reaction，so it is a safe and reliable choice for the clinical treatment of hand foot and mouth disease. 　　Key wor
