心理干预对口腔正畸患者疗效影响的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察心理干预措施对口腔正畸患者治疗效果的影响。方法：收集2009年7月-2012年7月于门诊口腔正畸科接受治疗的86例患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组在采用常规正畸治疗的同时给予认知教育、心理支持、健康宣教、支持鼓励疗法、积极暗示疗法等心理干预措施，对照组仅采用常规正畸治疗。观察记录各组患者复诊状况、口腔卫生状况、配合积极人数、矫治器损坏情况、疗程≤18个月的人数、正畸疗效和满意度等。结果：干预组取得满意疗效，无放弃治疗患者，口腔卫生状况好、积极配合、矫治器损坏、治疗时间、疗效的满意度等方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用合理心理干预措施可明显提高患者正畸治疗的效果，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 心理干预； 错牙合畸形； 正畸治疗 　　中图分类号 R473.78 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2013）33-0025-02 　　The Impact of Psychological Intervention on Orthodontics Patients Curative Effect Research/ZHU Qi-wen，ZHANG Min.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2013，11（33）：25-26 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of psychological intervention for the treatment of orthodontics patients.Method：collected in July 2009 - July 2012 in clinical orthodontics treatment of 86 cases of patients， randomly divided into intervention group and control group， intervention group in the conventional orthodontic treatment at the same time give the cognitive education， psychological support， health propaganda and education， support， encourage therapy， positive suggests that psychological intervention measures， such as the control group only with conventional orthodontic treatment.Observation records on each patient appointment status， oral hygiene status， the number of cooperate actively， and correcting device damage， the number of course of 18 months or less， curative effect and satisfaction in orthodontics.Result：the intervention group generally satisfactory curative effect， without giving up treatment of patients， good oral hygiene status， actively cooperate with， correct damage， the time of treatment， efficacy of satisfaction were better than that in control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：the reasonable psychological intervention can significantly improve patients the effect of orthodontic treatment， is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Psychosocial intervention； Malocclusion； Orthodontic treatment 　　First-author’s address：
