心脏搭桥手术的临床效果分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析心脏搭桥手术的临床效果。方法：收治冠心病患者108例，试验组68例采用心脏搭桥手术，对照组40例采用药物洗脱支架，通过定期随访对比两组治疗费用、后期不良影响和治疗效果。结果：心脏搭桥组较支架治疗组治疗费用低、不良心脑血管事件（MACCE）低，两组联合终点事件差异无统计学意义。结论：心脏搭桥手术比支架治疗效果更优。 　　关键词 心脏 搭桥手术 临床效果 　　Abstract Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of heart bypass surgery.Methods：Among 108 cases of patients with coronary heart disease，the experimental group was 68patients with heart bypass surgery，and the control group was 40patients with drug-eluting stents，comparing the treatment cost，late adverse effects and therapeutic effect of the two groups through regular follow-up.Results
