大型笼式多层架体的焊接裂纹及变形控制 　　摘要： 针对大型笼式多层架体分析了结构特点、质量控制要点、焊接工艺难点，进行了焊接工艺方案研究，选择了合适的焊接材料、工艺参数、焊接顺序，通过过程监测，实时调整顺序，生产实践证明，控制住了大厚度复杂结构件的焊接裂纹，有效地控制了焊接变形，满足了大型架体的高精度要求。 　　关键词： 大型笼式多层架体；焊接裂纹；焊接变形 　　中图分类号： TG-457.11 　　Abstract： The structure， welding difficulties， quality control points of big cage multilayer shelf were analyzed.
