自我导向学习在高学历居民脑卒中一级预防健康促进中的应用 摘要:目的探索自我导向学习方法在在高学历居民脑卒中一级预防健康促进中的应用效果。方法将两个社区脑卒中潜在高危人群即6%风险率10%者便利分为对照组和干预组。两组均予以每月一次预防脑卒中的讲座，发放教育单张的健康教育活动。干预组在此基础上导入自我导向健康促进计划的制定和实施，评价两组6个月后的血压、体重及脑卒中风险变化。结果 干预组居民的血压、体重和卒中风险的控制效果均优于对照组（P0.01)。结论 自我导向学习在高学历居民脑卒中一级预防健康促进中的应用，能够调动居民自主实施健康管理，有利于潜在高危居民控制血压、体重和脑卒中风险，是对社区脑卒中一级预防策略的有效探索。 关键词：脑卒中自我导向学习健康促进一级预防 The application of self-directed learning in the primary prevention of the cerebrovascular accident and health promotion among the highly educated residents//Shi Donghui ,Si Yibing//（Huashan North Hospital，Fudan University，shanghai 201907） Abstract：Objective Explore the application effect of self-directed learning in the primary prevention of the cerebrovascular accident and health promotion among the highly educated residents. Methods The potential high-risk groups of cerebrovascular accident in communities, whose risk-free rate ranges from 6% to 10%, are divided into control group and intervention group. Both groups are provided with health education activities like holding lectures about the prevention of cerebrovascular accident once a week and granting health education leaflets. On the basis of this, the formulation and application of self-directed learning on health promotion plan is introduced into the intervention group. Access the change of lipid levels related indicators, blood glucose, weight-related indicators and blood pressure related indicators of two groups after six-months’ intervention. Results The research results indicate that the control effect of blood pressure related indicators, lipid levels related indicators, blood glucose and weight-related indicators of the residents in intervention group is better the control group’s. Conclusion The application of self-directed learning in the primary prevention of the cerebrovascular accident and health promotion among the highly educated residents will motivate residents to implement health management autonomously, which helps potential high-risk groups control blood g
