内 容 摘 要 随着生产发展和市场经济的高速发展，企业之间的竞争已不仅是产品上的竞争，而是企业物流间的竞争，尤其是对加工型企业而言，本文选择了苏州祥顺装饰材料有限公司大理石加工部门为例，通过对大理石加工行业的深入研究分析，发现物流这一管理方法在该行业的运用十分欠缺，由于该行业是传统型行业，从原材料的采购到大理石方料的加工，再到成品的进一部加工，各环节部门需要密切配合，发挥最大的生产效力，制造最大的利润空间。过去大理石加工企业的生产方式主要靠的是工人们的劳动力为主，劳动强度大并且效率低，随着机械化水平的发展，很多重型机械被引入，提高了大理石加工行业的生产效率，也提高了大理石加工企业的生产工艺，减轻了工人的劳动强度。但同时，由于受到管理方式的影响以及受传统的厂区布局的影响，很多物流作业存在不合理现象，物流效率底下，需要改进，以进一步提高竞争力。因此，本文通过祥顺大理石加工部门的深入分析研究，针对不合理现象做了分析，运用作业相关图法和从至表法，提出解决方案，优化调整厂区物流设施布局和物流设施的的布置，提高物流水平，提高生产效率，以此提高企业的竞争力。 关键词： 大理石、加工企业、设施规划、优化  ABSTRACT With the development of production and the rapid development of market economy, Competition among enterprises has been not only products to compete.
