应用腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石患者临床疗效探讨 　　摘要] 目的 比较常规外科手术与腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石患者的临床疗效，为选择手术方式提供依据。 方法 将我院2011年3月～2012年12月间收治的80例老年胆结石患者设为研究对象，随机分为两组，即对照组与治疗组，各40例。对照组患者予医院常规外科手术治疗，治疗组患者则予腹腔镜手术治疗。分析对比两组治疗效果的差异。 结果 治疗组手术时间明显低于对照组，而手术出血量以及手术切口均显著小于对照组（P0.05），术后治疗组患者并发症小于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 老年胆结石患者采用腹腔镜手术切除胆囊与传统普外常规手术切除相比更具有显著的临床效果，具有临床推广使用价值。 　　[关键词] 高龄胆结石患者；腹腔镜手术；普外常规手术 　　[中图分类号] R657.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0129-03 　　Clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery for senile patients with gallstones 　　ZHANG Yingjie1 WANG Yong2 　　1.Department of General Surgery， the Peoples Hospital of Zhoushan City in Zhejiang Province， Zhoushan 316000， China； 2.Department of General Surgery， the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine， Hangzhou 310009， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of conventional surgery and laparoscopic surgery for senile patients with gallstones，and provide the basis for choosing operation method. Methods 80 cases of senile patients with gallstones were selected as the research object from March 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups， 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery， while the treatment group were treated with laparoscopic surgery， the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group， the amount of bleeding and surgery incision of the treatment group were significantly less than control group （P0.05），and the postoperative complications of the treatment group was less than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional surgery， laparoscopic surgery has significant clinical effect in the treatment of gallstones for senile patients， and has clinical spread value. 　　[Key words] Elderly patients with gallstones； Laparoscopic surgery； Conventional general surgery
