社区慢性疾病患者中医养生康复健康教育需求的调查研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.95 　　摘 要 目的：讨论研究社区慢性疾病患者对中医养生康复健康教育的需求，以及根据情况进行针对性健康教育的意义与重要性。方法：选取社区慢性疾病患者300例，对其进行中医养生康复认知情况、需求及获得相关知识等方面的调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果：慢性疾病患者对中医养生康复知识的了解程度普遍较低，对于健康教育需求率高，对中医养生各方面知识需求率均90%，主要包括对顺应四时养生规律、服药知识、疾病预防、养生食疗及作息规律等方面的知识需求较高。对健康教育方式的需求主要以专业医护人员进行教育、组织讲座和发放宣传手册为主；另外还可采取张贴海报、电视宣传等方式进行教育。结论：对社区慢性疾病患者进行中医养生康复健康知识宣传有利于使患者对疾病相关知识有更全面正确的认识，懂得进行自我保健、自我养生及预防疾病的知识。对其进行问卷调查可发现其对相关知识的需求及掌握情况，并根据所得结果采取针对性措施，提高老年患者预防疾病、自我保健的意识及能力，帮助其更好地控制疾病发展，改善生活质量。 　　关键词 慢性疾病患者 中医养生康复健康教育 护理及宣传教育 疗效与影响 　　Research on the health education needs of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and rehabilitation in the patients who with chronic diseases in community 　　Peng Zheju 　　The Health Service Center of Jialing community，Guangyuan City，Sichuan 628000 　　Abstract Objective：To research the health education needs of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and rehabilitation in the patients who with chronic diseases in community，and the significance and importance to do targeted health education according to situation.Methods：300 patients with chronic diseases in community were selected.We investigated the cognitive situation，demand and obtain relevant knowledge about the traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and rehabilitation，and analyzed the results.Results：The understanding level of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and rehabilitation knowledge in the patients with chronic diseases was generally low.The demand rate for health education was high，and the traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge demand rate was above 90%，including the adaptation to the four health law knowledge，medication，disease prevention，health supplements ， rest rules and other aspects of knowledge.The way of health education mainly included professional medical personnel education，lectures and issuing brochures，and also the posters，TV and other ways of education.Conclution：We take traditional Chinese medicine
