基于提高企业核心竞争力的人力资源管理研究 摘 要:由于人是一个特殊的单位或群体,它具备思想和主观能动性,所以人的行为和性格以及其他因素很值得人们去探究,企业中人也是最难把握的。企业和企业管理人员为了可以使得企业有一个良好的发展,在研究和实施人力资源管理中的各项内容的工作显得也十分重要。 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国许多企业越来越认识到市场竞争的激烈和增强企业竞争力的紧迫感。在我国企业全面参与经济全球化,溶入国际经济体系的背景下,加之入世后我国企业在人力资源管理方面的机遇与挑战企业竞争的关键是人才的竞争,能否管好人、用好人是企业成败的重要因素。因此,人力资源管理已成为我们现代企业管理中非常重要的一环。 Abstract:As people is a special units or groups, it has ideas and subjective initiative, so peoples behavior and personality and other factors quite worthy to explore, human in the enterprise are the most difficult to grasp. And enterprises and enterprise management personnel in order to make it possible for enterprises with a good development, so in the study and implementation of human resources management of the various elements of the work is also very important.
