安徽广播电视大学本科毕业论文 安徽送变电建安公司薪酬管理模式研究 姓 名 分 校 专 业 年 级 学 号 指导老师 内容提要 在任何历史时期的社会生活与生产活动中，人的因素都是至关重要的，没有了人，其余诸如物质因素等都毫无价值可言，一切活动也无从谈起。在当今社会中，企业逐渐成了现代经济的细胞，如何才能在现代企业中充分利用人的因素，发挥人力资源的最大潜力是现代企业管理的一个重要命题。现代企业人力资源管理的基本理念是以人为核心开展各项工作，通过薪酬等手段激发员工的最大能量。事实证明，根据中国企业发展的实际情况，企业激励员工最常用的手段就是薪酬、福利激励，因此薪酬管理是一个行之有效的方法，它也是现代企业人力资源管理的一个重要内容。企业采用的薪酬管理模式千差万别，但总体目标应与企业发展目标一致。本文以安徽送变电建安公司薪酬管理模式为例，着力分析该模式的优缺点及在企业中发挥的作用，欲用以点见面的方式，介绍运用薪酬管理来促进企业人力资源的合理利用，进而达到加快企业发展，实现企业战略目标的目的。 关键词： 建安公司；薪酬管理模式；两元化 Abstract Along with the development of macro economic, the Chinese logistics entered the high speed period of expansion in recent years, the demand to material loader includes the warehousing vehicles is enlarging unceasingly. The warehousing vehicles is a a sub-product of the industrial vehicles (forklift), including the electrically operated trailer tractor, the electrically operated tray vehicle and moves ahead the type forklift and so on. They are mainly used in the indoor work. In 2007 ,the warehousing vehicles of our country accounted for the industrial vehicles total sales volume 10.6%,and in the mean time, the warehousing vehicles accounted for the market proportion with the world market in 38.8%. As a result of huge disparity existence, so the development opportunities of the warehousing vehicles will be huge in the future. In the next 5-8 years, China will become the worlds largest logistics and warehousing vehicles market. At present, Chinas logistics technology and equipment level is relatively low, especially in the indoor use of the removal tool, manual handling car, manual pallet trucks and lifting equipments. They account for more than 70 percent now. Although they are rarely used in China, warehousing vehicles are widely used in Europe. The gap between
