消失模铸造用醇基涂料的研制 张治伟 （陕西理工学院材料科学与工程学院材控 084班，陕西 汉中 723003） 指导教师：徐峰 [摘要]:针对国内传统以锆英粉为骨料的配方而制成消失模涂料的特点，介绍了一种使铸件的生产周期缩短，以及满足涂料的修补和浇注系统粘接过程涂料的涂刷，使涂料涂刷后就能尽快浇注的消失模铸钢用异丙醇醇基涂料及其制造方法，降低了铸件生产成本，提高了生产效率。以锆铝石粉为耐火骨料，酚醛树脂、硅溶胶以及白乳胶做粘结剂，CMC和钠基膨润土混合使用做悬浮剂，异丙醇做分散剂的新的消失模铸造用醇基涂料。选择合适的原材料配比进行试验，并对涂料的透气性、悬浮性、流淌性以及落砂打磨量做出了检测并分析，间接判断出涂料的强度和粘度是否符合浇注工艺需要，最终确定出一种适于铸造生产使用的涂料配比，并用该配比涂料进行了铝合金浇铸实验，验证该涂料的综合性能。 [关键词]: 涂料；消失模铸造；性能。  Lost foam casting with alcohol-based coatings Zhang Zhiwei (Shaanxi institute of technology of materials science and engineering college material control 084 class, Hanzhong ,723003,Shaanxi ) Totur: Xu Feng [Abstract] : For domestic tradition with zirconium English powder for aggregate formula and the characteristics of the coating made disappearing model, this paper introduces a kind of make casting production cycles shorter, and satisfy the repair of coating and adhesive gating system process the coating of paint, to make the paint besmear to pouring as soon as possible after disappearing model steel casting the isopropyl ChunChun base coating and its manufacturing methods.
