摘 要 技术创新划分为生产过程创新和产品创新。前者提高生产率，因而能够推动经济增长速度的提高；后者改变产品的质量和差异性，不一定加速增长。产品创新在后工业经济时期是技术创新的主要形式，因此在这个新的历史阶段，经济增长速度比不上工业经济时期。发达国家的经济现实证明了这一趋势。 在以信息技术为代表的第三次科技革命不断深入和经济全球化迅猛发展的今天，科学技术作为第一生产力，其对一国经济发展和综合国力的影响越来越大。加快技术创新，提高技术创新的质量，成为各国发展经济的战略性政策。本文从技术创新的理论渊源谈起，在承认技术创新对经济发展有巨大作用的基础上，结合我国目前的现状，提出了我国利用技术创新来促进经济发展的几点对策。关键词：技术创新；产品创新；后工业经济；生产力；经济发展ABSTRACT Technological innovation is divided into production process innovation and product innovation. The former can improve the productivity, so it can improve the speed of economic growth, which changes the quality and the difference of the product, and not necessarily accelerate the growth. Product innovation is the main form of technological innovation in the post industrial economy period, so in this new historical stage, the economic growth rate is less than that of the industrial economy. The economic realities of the developed countries proved this trend. With information technology as the representative of the third scientific and technological revolution and the rapid development of economic globalization today, science and technology as the first productivity, its impact on a countrys economic development and comprehensive national strength is growing. To speed up technological innovation, improve the quality of technological innovation, and become the strategic policy of developing countries in the world.
