阻燃不饱和聚酯的制备及工艺流程设计 The preparation of flame retardant unsaturated polyester and process design 专业：高分子材料与工程 姓名： 指导老师姓名： 申请学位级别：学士 论文提交日期：201年6月 日 学位授予单位：天津科技大学 摘 要 不饱和聚酯（UPR）是迄今为止热固性树脂中用量最大的材料。其发展与应用也越来越广泛，在诸多领域上都要求了其需要有较高的阻燃性，因此，本实验就其阻燃性问题进行了研究，研究了阻燃剂对其阻燃性的提高与对其力学性能的影响。 实验过程是以顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、乙二醇合成不饱和对其进行力学性能（拉伸强度、弯曲强度）和阻燃性的研究，研究其对不饱和聚酯的阻燃性与力学性能（拉伸强度、弯曲强度）影响，并进行对比。研究表明， 关键词：不饱和聚酯； 阻燃剂； ； ； 力学性能 ABSTRACT Unsaturated polyester (UPR) is by far the largest amount of thermosetting resin material。Its development and application are increasingly being used in many areas of their needs require a higher flame resistance，Therefore, the flame retardancy of the experiment conducted a study to study its flame retardant properties and the effect on the improvement of the mechanical properties。 In the first experiment is maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, ethylene unsaturated polyester synthesis, after adding the silane during the curing process to obtain the silane-modified unsaturated polyesters, its mechanical properties (pull tensile strength, flexural strength) and the study of flame retardancy，Then add in the unsaturated polyester tetrabromobisphenol A, to study its effect on flame retardant unsaturated polyester and mechanical properties (tensile strength, flexural strength), and compared。Studies show that adding silanes with reactive flame retardant of tetrabromobisphenol A flame retardant unsaturated polyester can improve flame retardancy, the mechanical properties of the unsaturated polyester, the flame retardant added to the reaction mechanical properties of tetrabromobisphenol a unsaturated polyester than adding flame retardant silane mechanical properties.
