摘 要 近年来，随着科学技术的进步和微电子技术的迅速发展，可编程序控制技术已广泛应用于自动化控制领域，可编程序控制器（PLC）以其高可靠性和操作简便等特点，已经形成了一种工业趋势。　　　　　　　　　　　　 可编程控制器是一种新型的通用控制装置，它将传统的继电器-接触器控制技术、计算机技术和通讯技术融为一体，专门为工业控制而设计，这一新型的通用自动控制装置以其高可靠性、较强的工作环境适应性和极为方便的使用性能，深受自动化领域技术人员的普遍欢迎。 运料小车在现代化的工厂中普遍存在。传统的工厂依靠人力推车运料，这样浪费了大量的人力物力，降低了生产效率。而现代工业生产中大量运用PLC控制运料小车，并结合组态王软件完成数据通信、网络管理、人机界面(HMI)和数据处理，使生产自动化，智能化，大大提高了生产效率，降低了劳动成本。 关键词：可编程控制器（PLC） 组态王 自动化 控制 ABSTRACT In recent years, with the scientific and technological progress and rapid development of microelectronic technology, programmable control technology has been widely used in automation and control, programmable logic controller (PLC) for its high reliability and simple operation, has been formation of an industry trend.  Programmable controller is a new type of universal control devices, it will traditional relay - contactor control technology, computer technology and communication technology integration, designed specifically for industrial control, this new automatic control device to the general its high reliability, strong work environment is very easy adaptability and performance, by the automation of technical staff in general.  The car used for transport materials is common in modern factories. Plants rely on traditional human carts haul, so that waste a lot of manpower and resources, reduce production efficiency. The extensive use of modern industrial production car transport materials PLC control, combined with Configuration software for data communications, network management, human-machine interface (HMI) and data processing, the production automation, intelligence, greatly improving production efficiency and reduce labor costs.  Keywords: Programmable logic controller (PLC) Kingview Automation Control 前 言 大学生涯就要以这篇毕业论文作为结局，将所学的东西融会贯通。恰好所做的毕业设计是课程开过的PLC，尽管不是同一个类型的，所编的程序也是不相同的，但是对应毕业设计的上手还是可以比较快的了。 这论文的时候，自己还是写作前期还是一叶蔽目，毫无头绪。但是在查阅了相关的资料后也是对S7-200的硬件及其软件有了比较好的认识。 这篇论文是以S7-200系列PLC为主要载体，结合他对应的来对运料小车的控制进行编程，虽然没有具体的见到他的硬件，但是也对这样一个程序对应的接口做了了解。 本
