AND THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE November 2003 This Draft Environmental Assessment evaluates alternatives and associated environmental impacts arising out of the proposed exchange of land on Cumberland Island National Seashore between Greyfield Ltd. and the National Park Service. Comments and Availability Comments on this Draft Environmental Assessment (“EA”) for the Proposed Exchange of Land on Cumberland Island National Seashore between Greyfield Ltd. and the National Park Service must be delivered or postmarked no later than January 5, 2004. If you wish to comment on this environmental assessment, you may mail comments to the name and address below. Our practice is to make comments, including names and home addresses, available for public review during regular business hours. Individual respondents may request that that we withhold their names and/or home address from the record, which we will honor to the extent allowable by law. If you wish us to withhold your name and/or address, you must state this prominently at the beginning of your comment. We will make all submissions from organizations or businesses, and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses, available for public inspection in their entirety.
