SUFFOLK COASTAL LOCAL PLAN SECOND ALTERATION The Suffolk Coastal Local Plan was adopted in December 1994. The First Alteration to it was adopted in February 2001. This document represents the Second Alteration and deals specifically with affordable housing. The period in which to submit representations of objection or support expires on June 26th 2004.
