杭州市社区卫生服务中心运行状况分析 ·80· ·社区卫生服务研究与交流 · 石家庄市社区卫生服务中心运行状况分析 郑燕娜 ,郑敏芳 ,陈瑞安 ,徐钦芳 ,姜宁秋 ,李水根 　　【摘要】　目的　了解石家庄市社区卫生服务中心运行状况。方法　对石家庄 46个社区卫生服务中心 2002～2004年 的运行效益等进行比较与分析。结果　石家庄市社区卫生服务中心规模等级均为一级医院 ,调查的 21个社区卫生服务中 心 3年累积投入 2 974117万元。每个中心的平均服务人口约为 6164万人 ,部分中心有少量人员接受过全科医学教育 , 社区卫生服务中心人员学科配置以内科为主 ,全科医生特色不明显。目前 , 46个社区卫生服务中心全部纳入医保定点 医疗机构。结论　石家庄市社区卫生服务工作取得了较好的社会和经济效益 ,但也存在不少问题 ,亟待解决。 　　【关键词】　社区卫生服务 ;运行 　　【中图分类号】 an,etal.Medical InformationCenter,Hangzhou 310006, ChinaR 197　【文献标识码】 B　【文章编号】 1007 -9572 (2006) 01 -0080 -03 AnalysisoftheConditionsofCommunityHealthServiceCentersin HangzhouCity　 ZHENG Yan -na,ZHENGMin fang, CHEN Rui ods　The operational efficiencies of 46 community health service centers in Hangzhou city from 2002 to 2004 were compared and Results　AllcommunityhealthservicecentersinHangzhoucitywerecreditedasfirst-class, 　　【 Abstract】　 O bjective　To investigate the running status of community health service centers in Hangzhou city. Nowadays, allof the 46 community health service centers became the medicare -designating institutions.
