Paraphrase (Para. 6) It requires an imaginative vision of the binding forces of any human organization, a sympathetic vision of the limits of human nature and of the conditions which evoke loyalty of service. A business organization should have a vision as such that empowers any human organization a vision that acknowledges that everyone is human and has their limits, and a vision of creating conditions that promote loyalty to the organization.
