Confucius Education without discrimination contains the earliest ideological educational fairness,.the paper ,by discussing the background“Education without discrimination”and its content, is to point out that , the advocation of social harmony as our mainstream, provides the thought of Education without discriminationa new social stage, In the modern information condition information technology for the contemporary education to provide a broad space, which is significant for the government to solve the problem of educational injustice of the children of the peasant workers in current society.   Key words: Confucius, Education without discrimination, the children of migrant workers   1 Introduction   The thought of educational justice can be dated back to the time of Confucius, who put forward Education without discrimination. This thought broke down the situation of schools in government (the slave owners monopolized the education )in the time of Western Zhou,pushed the culture to the lower class and the popularity of education, and promoted extremely thedevelopment of private schools in Western Zhou.
