The Movement Grinds to the University Student Sleep Quality Influence Investigation   Abstract. Understood the university student sleep quality and its the influence factor, improve university students sleep quality. Provides the scientific basis for the school formulation health education strategy. Uses the group sampling the method, (PSQI) and the self-restraint asks the volume by the Pittsburgh sleep performance figure about the influence factor, 42 university students carries on the diagnosis to Jia Zhi? and tests intervenes. The result reveals 6.67% university students to have the sleep quality question, university student PSQI scores points for (5.18±2.46). Affects the university student sleep quality the most important factor for the employment pressure. Through ours experimental intervention, the sleep quality has a more remarkable enhancement. The experiment indicated that, the university student sleep quality is may obtain the certain enhancement through the movement intervention.   Key words: Movement; University student; Sleep quality; Diagnosis   1. Introduction   Good sleeping quality is an important guarantee for the health of human bodies. It is learnt that there are some colleges and universities students to have difficulties to concentrate their minds on studies owing to the bad sleeping quality, which has exerted a serious impact on their physical and mental health. In order to understand the sleeping quality of the colleges and universities students, the author researches and explores relevant factors to impact their sleeping qualities, and make proper adjustments through the movements, for the purpose of enhancing their sleeping quality. In this paper, the author also conducts a questionnaire survey and a statistics analysis on the general situation of the sleeping quality of the students at colleges and universities, so as to provide a reference foundation for the school to give students health guidance.   2.
