Proposal and Background: 2.1 The application site is located within the settlement boundary, at the junction of Sea Lane and Vinters Way. It is 12.2 metres wide by 21.3 metres deep and is currently part of a garden serving 44 Sea Lane, Butterwick. The site includes a domestic garage and vehicular access onto Vinters Way. It is intended to demolish the garage to facilitate this development. The site forms part of a housing estate that includes both houses and bungalows. 2.2 This is a resubmission of an application that was withdrawn earlier this year. The application seeks outline planning permission for residential development (one plot) with access and layout forming part of the application. The submitted layout plan indicates the intention to build an ‘L’ shaped, two bedroomed bungalow on the site and to utilise the existing vehicular access onto the estate road.
