They seem more pixilated than we want. Look at this. You also need to provide a lot more info in the figure captions. You’re a bit weak on SBC-LTER centric publications (Dan’s in particular). Also you have no real info on the ISP data set besides Dan’s metapop paper. Look at the SBC LTER website and in Dan’s metapop paper for info. The problem is easy as there is only one canopy producing macrophyte in the SB Channel. We need to state that. You need to complete the surface tide calculation. There is a relationship (not at the 95% c.i. but close). You need to calculate its effects on the biomass calculation and the tides role as a source of uncertainty in our calculation.
