学 号:200995110223 毕业论文 GRADUATE THESIS 设计题目:妊娠期妇女膳食微量营养素摄入状况及相关知识 KAP分析 2014年06月08日 摘 要 目的:了解唐山市妊娠期妇女膳食微量营养素摄入状况及营养相关知识掌握情况,为制定、规划妊娠期妇女营养知识的教育、指导孕妇妊娠期膳食平衡, 改善营养缺乏状况,积累科学依据。 方法:以唐山市某三甲医院产科门诊做孕检的100名孕妇作为研究对象,对其进行微量营养素相关知识的KAP调查和膳食调查。 结果:怀孕各期能量、蛋白质摄入量均达到RNI的80%以上;维生素C、维生素E的摄入量充足;孕早期维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、的摄入量低于推荐量的80%,分别为72.01%、62.16%、70.35%、71.92%、83.7%,孕中期维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、锌的摄入量低于推荐量的80%,分别为79.95%、69.32%、79.49%、69.82%、75.40%,孕晚期钙的摄入量较低,仅占推荐量的60.14%。营养知识了解情况较差,及格率为49.05 %,但态度较好,营养知识KAP得分与孕妇的文化程度和职业有关,文化程度越高,得分越高。 结论:唐山市妊娠期妇女的维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙及锌的摄入量不足;妊娠期妇女的营养知识和饮食行为有待进一步提高和改善营养。 关键词:孕妇;膳食调查;营养知识 Abstract Objective:To find out the nutrition status of gravida and their knowledge of micronutrient in Tangshan City as well as to reinforce the education of micronutrient knowledge, and help gravida stay in a balanced diet and improve their nutritional level so as to acquire a better ending of pregnancy. Methods: Choose 100 gravidas as research subjects and do researches on their diet and nutrition knowledge. Result: The intake of energy, protein and carbohydrates were more than 80% of RNI in each period of pregnant. The intake of vitamin C and vitamin E were both in a sufficient level during the entire period.The intake of vitamin A,vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and calcium were in a inadequate condition in the trimester,constituting 72.01%, 62.16%, 70.35%, 71.92% and 83.7% of the RNI respectively and those nutrients were all inadequate in the second trimester and so did zinc,the figure for those nutrients were 79.95%, 69.32%, 79.49%, 69.82% and 75.40%. In the third trimester,the intake of calcium was only 60.14% of the RNI. Gravida’s attitude toward nutrition were good while their knowledge were at a poor level and the passing rate of this research was 49.05%.
