胆道疾病的超声诊断价值分析 【摘要】 目的：探讨B超检查对胆道疾病的漏误诊原因。方法：对我院293例胆道疾患进行术前B超与手术病理结果对照分析。结果：超声诊断总符合率为92.8%（272/293），漏误诊率为7.2%（21/293），漏误诊21例中肝外胆管结石占80.9%（17/21）。结论：明确B超检查的漏误诊原因，提高肝外胆管显示率对提高超声诊断符合率有重要意义。 【关键词】 超声诊断；胆道疾病；分析 　　Analysis of the Diagnostic Value in Biliary Tract Disease with B Ultrasond 　　Abstract: Objective To detect the cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in ultrasound of biliary tract’s disease.
