电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病 【摘要】 目的 探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺疾病的疗效。方法 自1996年4月～2004年10月，我院胸腔镜手术治疗胸腺瘤和胸腺伴随综合征(重症肌无力或单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血)15例。术后病理为良、恶性胸腺瘤和畸胎瘤。结果 手术时间平均为136min，术中平均出血50ml，术后平均放置胸管时间48h，平均住院时间5天，平均随诊2.7年，无肿瘤复发。结论 胸腔镜治疗胸腺瘤和重症肌无力的短期随诊疗效满意。 【关键词】 胸腺切除术 胸腔镜 胸腺瘤 Video-assisted thoracoscopic management of thymic disease 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy on video assisted thoracosopic management of thymic disease.Methods 15 patients with thymomas or/and paraneoplastic syndromes，including myasthenia gravis(MG) or pure red cell aplasia，treated with video-assiste
