老年高血压病患者动态血压特点及临床分析 【关键词】 老年高血压病 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨老年高血压病患者动态血压变化特点及临床意义。方法 使用日本NISSEI DS250型无创伤动态血压监测仪记录老年正常血压组（30例）、高血压病1级组（35例）、高血压病2级组（35例）、高血压病3级组（35例）的24h动态血压变化。数据采用均数±标准差（x±s）表示，组间比较用F检验。结果 高血压病2级、3级组夜间平均血压接近或超过日间平均血压，昼夜节律消失。结论 血压昼夜节律异常更容易损害靶器官，夜间舒张压越高，靶器官损害越重。 　　【关键词】 老年高血压病；动态血压；靶器官损害 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure in elederly patients with hypertension.Methods Groups: elederly with normal blood pressure (30 cases),elederly patients with hypertension (Stage One ), (35 cases), elederly patients with hypertension (Stage Two ), (35 cases), elederly patients with hypertension (Stage Three ), (35 cases). The 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) of every groups was monitored with NISSEI DS250 noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitor made in Japan. The data of blood pressure were recorded by mean眘tandard deviation (x眘). F-test of groups comparison was employed as a statistical analysis method.Results The mean blood pressure during nighttime of Stage Three Groups and the Stage Two Groups was similar to or even exceeded that of daytime, thus the day-night rhythm of blood pressure fluctuating losed. That is to say the systolic pressure loading and diastolic pressure loading at night were the same level with or above those in daytime. The difference of rhythm between daytime and night disappeared.Conclusion The abnormal day-night rhythm of the blood pressure injures the target organs with high severity than that of normal day-night rhythm.
